Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

In our sessions I will create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can explore together the reasons that bring you to therapy. I am inspired by my clients' resilience and I would be honoured to be a part of your journey.

By exploring your unique situation and building on your strengths, I can help you develop strategies to free yourself from where you feel stuck and begin to create the life you want. Virtual and in person sessions available.
